An occupancy of 6 people is ideal in chalet IMME. 8 isn't really a problem. 10 is still allowed. We strongly advise against more.
DESIGN

Internet: Scarlet Wifi is available free of charge.
ACCESS
The door works with a code. You don't need a key to enter. You will receive the code by text message, email or telephone the day before your arrival. The other keys can be found inside the chalet. You can arrive from 4:30 PM and you can stay in the chalet until 1:30 PM, the day of your departure. Your car can remain in the parking lot until 4:30 PM. These hours are always further negotiable and there is no cost. The code lock is on the front door.
LINEN
You provide your own sheets, pillowcases, bath and kitchen linen.
SLEEPING OPTIONS
There are two rooms: 1 with a double bed of 1.60m, a bunk bed (2x0.90m) and a cot (0.60m) and 1 room with
Duvets are provided for all beds
Extra blankets are available.
PETS
We do not accept pets in chalet Imme
SMOKING
We request that you do not smoke in the chalets. Also put your butts in the trash can and do not litter the property.
ACCESSIBILITY
Les Brulins is not accessible by public transport.
GPS
Les Brulins 177 - IMME, is known by GPS (municipal road).
Take exit 23 of the E411. Towards Wellin. Towards Tellin. Turn left at the church of Resteigne. Follow the winding road. Cross the Lesse. Diagonally up to the left. Left at the junction. 2nd road left, 1st road left The 4th chalet on your right is 177 (Imme)
DISABLED PERSONS
The chalet is not suitable for wheelchairs (thresholds and narrower doors).
LANGUAGE
The official language in Les Brulins park is French, but Dutch is widely spoken and this will certainly not be a problem. You also don't have to register with anyone. You can go directly to your chalet.
EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE AND SYNDICIAN
These are chosen by the owners and regulate society in the park (roads, lighting, green areas, infrastructure, internal regulations, water meters, common costs, ...). They have no powers in the individual chalets.
CLEANING
A cleaning service will come by after your stay. This is included in your total cost participation. We do ask:
dishes washed and put away,
refrigerator and freezer empty and open (unless otherwise agreed),
all perishable goods (meat, vegetables, fruit, flowers) are removed from the chalet.
floor swept or vacuumed.
waste bins in chalet empty.
no residues in the sink, in ovens, on hobs, on the countertop, in the toilet, shower and sink.
